• To be eligible for the Book Direct Business offer, the company applying for the discount must commit to 50 room nights per contractual year which can be booked at any of the individual hotels within The QHotels Collection. • The company can apply to join on our website via an enrollment form. All approved applications will be emailed a confirmation that will include their exclusive discount code and instructions about how to book.
• Once an application has been received you will be contacted by a QHotels Collection representative to qualify and confirm your acceptance.
• The Book Direct discount is not available through third party websites – the discount is only bookable direct (The QHotels Collection website or Contact Centre). 
• The Book Direct rate offers a discount of 15% off our Best Available Room Only and Bed & Breakfast rates only, which are subject to availability. This discount is not available on any other rates or packages available on our website.
• The Book Direct discount does not apply to contracted transient rates such as government negotiated rates or other third party negotiated rates.
• The Book Direct discount is available at all  individual hotels within The QHotels Collection and only excludes the following branded properties: DoubleTree by Hilton The Stratford-upon-Avon, The Delta by Marriott Cheltenham Chase Hotel and The Delta by Marriott Nottingham Belfry Hotel.
• The Book Direct Business rate cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts and is not valid on existing reservations.
• The QHotels Collection reserves the right to remove or add hotels into the Book Direct Business offering and change or remove the benefits and discounts available at any time. 
• The Book Direct Business discount includes 10% off Food & Beverage purchased from the hotel and will be applied at time of check-in on your key card wallet. The guest must advise the hotel staff when ordering food or beverages for the discount to be applied. Discounts will not be retrospectively applied after guest has checked-out.
