If you’re not sure how to work them, don’t run away (though that would be good exercise too); just ask one of our on-site fitness gurus to show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout.
The machines are futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff.

When to visit the Leisure Club
6.30am to 9.30pm - Monday to Friday
6.30am to 8.00pm - Saturday and Sunday
The pool is open from 6.30am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 6.30am
to 8.00pm on Saturdays and Sundays and there are no restrictions on
the times that children may swim.
Under 16 year olds must always be accompanied by an adult.
Children may not use the gymnasium, sauna or steam room.
