The setting is spectacular, within walking distance of the banks of the River Avon, plus our conference suites and meeting rooms are stuffed with high-tech gadgetry.

We have 7 conferencing suites for you to choose from, each one spacious and flexible, adapting to any event from a board meeting, to a video conference, to a training day. We can seat you whether there’s four of you or 200 theatre style. If it’s the latter, you’ll probably need the largest, the Ragley Suite; combining Avon and Arden. If you have something a little more intimate in mind, then we have smaller rooms such as the Clopton and the Hatton suites, which are perfect. All the rooms have heaps of natural light, and overlook our beautiful green scenery.

For every event, we’ll dedicate an events manager to you to ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also have a dedicated Production Manager, who can help with everything from the design and build of bespoke fixtures to technical support and delivery on the day.

The Stratford is easy to get to, located only 7 miles from the M40, 5 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and 2 minutes from rail connections to London and Birmingham. We can provide overnight accommodation at corporate rates and either prepare an individually tailored banqueting menu or reserve tables in one of our superb restaurants. We’ll revive delegates with refreshments, and help them relax after a long and productive day with a complimentary trip to our sister QHotel Stratford Manor’s leisure club or a gentle wander around the picturesque grounds.
