If you’re not sure how to work them, don’t run away (though that would be good exercise too); just ask one of our on-site fitness gurus to show you how they work and how to set the controls to suit your pace, stamina and fitness levels.

All our equipment has any number of settings and levels to help you fine tune your workout so you don’t inadvertently overdo things. Clever stuff.

You can even get a full and frank fitness assessment from one of our resident personal trainers. Brace yourself though… they tell it as they see it!

The good news though is that they’ll devise a personal workout plan on the back of it that you can use to work towards your very own fitness goals during your Oxford Belfry break and afterwards when you get back home.
