We have 13 conferencing suites for you to choose from, each one spacious and flexible, adapting to any event from a board meeting, to a video conference, to a training day. We can seat you whether there's 18 of you or 600 theatre style. If it's the latter, you'll probably need the largest, the Admirality Suite. If you have something a little more intimate in mind, then we have smaller suites such as Chatterley's 1 and the Drake room, which are perfect for fun things like dinner dances. All the rooms have heaps of natural light, and overlook our lovely lawns – complete with early morning hares!
For every event, we'll dedicate an events manager to you to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll also have a dedicated Production Manager, who can help with everything from the design and build of bespoke fixtures to technical support and delivery on the day.
The Nottingham Belfry is easy to reach from Junction 26 M1 and a short drive from Nottingham. We can provide overnight accommodation at corporate rates and either prepare an individually tailored banqueting menu or reserve tables in one of our superb restaurants. We'll revive delegates with refreshments, and help them relax after a long and productive day with a complimentary trip to our leisure club and spa or a gentle wander around the picturesque grounds.
