After all, the leisure facilities at The Hampton Court are superlative. A unique mecca for tennis enthusiasts, you can knock yourself out with 5 indoor and 3 outdoor clay courts to choose from. This fitness fanatics dream also has a gym full of row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. If you’re not sure how to work them, don’t run away (though that would be good exercise too); just ask one of our on-site fitness gurus to show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout.

The machines are by Technogym and they’re futuristic pieces of wizardry that work with a wellness key system that stores your settings and personalises the machine to your individual workout. Clever stuff.

In our super duper dance studio, you can join in with a wide choice of classes from high adrenaline body pump to gentle toning and relaxation, with friendly and highly trained instructors guiding you through the moves and boosting your energy and motivation.

Tennis is a speciality at The Hampton Court and you’ll be spoilt for choice with our 5 indoor courts and 3 outdoor clay courts. 32 people can play at any one time.You can also join in with a class in our spinning studio, book a tennis court, organise archery or five-a-side football and take a dip in our pool; just not all at once.
