1 pan fried venison noisette in blackcurrant liqueur sauce
Our chef, Neil Dance, has put together a menu that infuses classic dishes with just the right amount of surprise to keep it bang up to date. He’s as passionate about using English sourced produce as you will be about eating it, once you get an eyeful of what your fellow guests have in front of them. Food envy is inevitable I’m afraid. There are so many lovely dishes to choose from you’re still bound to cover someone else’s dinner.
The atmosphere is smart but very convivial (that’ll be our great wine list). You can feast happily on as many courses of sublime deliciousness as you can manage, whilst being waited on by attentive restaurant staff who’ll make you feel right at home.
After dinner, you can walk it off a little around our grounds, retire to one of our two bars for a digestif or take a nightcap up to your room and dream about the delicacies you’ve just savoured.
