Your Wedding at The Hampshire Court
After all the preparation and careful planning your day is finally here. Upon entering the Marston Suite through its own private entrance along our red carpet you will be greeted by our duty manager with a drink of your choice. Your guests will follow through the same entrance where you can greet them in the QHotels lounge.
Specially Selected Menus
Having previously selected a menu from one that our Chef has carefully created, you and your guests will sit down to your wedding breakfast with wines that will complement your meal from our extensive drinks packages.
Party the Night Away
After your meal the Marston Suite can be rearranged if required and you and your guests can relax and party the night away to our resident DJ, with private access to the bar in the QHotels lounge.
Overnight Stays
As the night draws to a close your guests can retire to one of our 90 rooms. Anyone staying at the hotel can have full use of our extensive Reflections Spa and Leisure facilities for the duration of their stay, which includes two indoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room, spa, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, fitness studio and aerobic studio. Spa treatments are available in one of our five treatment rooms which can be arranged prior to the stay and charged directly to the guests' room.
Special Marriage Ceremony
If you prefer to have your civil & commitment ceremony and reception under one roof we have a civil ceremony licence which will enable you to have a special marriage ceremony in one of our other twelve suites, then move to the Marston Suite for your reception.
Booking and Payment
A provisional booking may be placed, subject to availability, and will be held for two weeks, after which a deposit of £1,000.00 is required in order to confirm the date.
Full payment of the balance is required ten days in advance of the marriage date. All deposits are non-returnable.
