Reflections Spa and Leisure offers two heated indoor swimming pools amongst its facilities.
One pool is has been designated specially for children and the only restrictions on swimming times are when swimming lessons are running.
Under 16 year olds must always be accompanied by an adult.
Children may not use the gymnasium, sauna or steam room.
