Reflections Spa and Leisure Classes
You'll find a wide range of classes to suit every taste and ability at The Hampshire Court:
- 50+ - A fun & enjoyable workout designed to improve posture, flexibility and fitness, for more senior members.
- Aqua - A fun-filled water workout using aerobic moves with resistance exercise.
- Body Balance - A strength and flexibility class combining Tai Chi, Yoga and pilates choreographed to music.
- Body Combat - A high energy class combining powerhouse moves and stances, developed from Karate, Kick Boxing, Tai Chi and Tae Kwon Do.
- Body Conditioning - A low impact aerobic and conditioning class targeting the upper body with light hand weights, followed by toning exercises on thighs, bums and the abdominal region.
- Body Jam - Don't miss the class that's been labelled the party workout! Rumba, Latin, Mambo, Salsa, Hip Hopsteps towards fitness.
- Body Pump - A non-impact workout using barbells and adjustable weights to music to target all major muscle groups, using resistance training exercises.
- Pilates - This workout is floor-based, with the focus on core stabilisation.
- Spin Classes - A group exercise on bikes. This class is a real calorie burner, not to be missed.
- Step - Low impact, high intensity, whole body workout combining choreography and simple step techniques for maximum calorie burning.
- Yoga (Hatha) - Hatha Yoga focuses on the physical side of Yoga through postures and control of breath to tone the whole body.
- X-Train - A mixture of Step, Aerobics and Body Conditioning - a workout aimed at keeping you moving so that you can reach your exercise aims.
