Directions to Hellidon Lakes hotel are available on this website or by calling the hotel on 01327 262 550. As you arrive at the hotel follow the drive down towards the hotel, the general Car Park is situated on your right. Two parking bays specifically allocated for blue badge holders can be found on the left directly behind a stone wall, with "Hellidon Lakes" written on in large silver lettering.
Reception
As you enter the hotel you will find reception on your left where you will be offered a personalised check in service. Assistance is available for help with your luggage, locating your room and familiarising yourself with the hotel. Please don't hesitate to tell us how we could make your stay more enjoyable.

Bedrooms
Hellidon Lakes Hotel has two purpose built accessible bedrooms on the first floor. The bathrooms are designed with wider doors for easier wheelchair access; pull cords for the light and appropriate bathroom grab rails. Emergency pull cords in the rooms link directly to reception - assistance will be provided as soon as the alarm in reception sounds.
In the event of a fire alarm sounding, these rooms have both a sounding alarm and a visual flashing light alarm. A member of the team will make their way to your room to assist with your evacuation.
Lift
The majority of our bedrooms are accessible via a lift. This is located down the corridor and to the right through the double glass doors. The lift dimensions are as follows: door opening 900mm; depth of lift car 1.4m; width of lift car is 970mm. A slim line wheelchair is available at reception if required.
Public areas
The Lakes Restaurant, Lounge Bar, Conservatory, Patio area, and accessible public disabled toilet are all located on the ground floor.
The Terrace Bar is located on the lower ground floor. To access this area we will assist transfer to the Stairmatic powered stair climber and your descent to this area. Please contact reception for a member of the leisure team to show you the facilities and assist with access to them.
Reflections Leisure and Spa
The Reflections Leisure Spa area is situated on the lower ground floor. The Stairmatic powered stair climber can be used to access this area. Please contact reception and a member of staff will assist you. A member of the leisure team will be available to show you the facilities and assist with access to them. A dedicated accessible toilet, changing room and shower area is currently planned for construction which will be located between the leisure reception and the pool. The poolside area has ramped access and a hoist to transfer you in and out of the pool or spa bath. The steam room is not currently accessible to wheel chair users.
The Ten-Pin Bowling Alley and Indoor Golf Simulator are both accessible once again with the use of the Stairmatic to allow guests to either play or spectate.
The Spa treatment area is also located on the lower ground floor with power adjusted treatment couches to enable a range of treatments to be enjoyed.
Golf course
We are situated in the middle of a 27 hole (3 loops of nine holes) golf course. You are more than welcome to spectate from the comfort of the Conservatory area, Terrace Bar or speak to the Pro Shop on 01327 262 551 about hiring a buggy to get out amongst the action. Our resident Pro is more than happy to arrange private lessons or assist where needed, advance bookings are essential.
Conferences and functions
If you are attending a conference or a function then all of our rooms are located on the ground floor of the hotel. A floor layout plan is available from the hotel by calling 01327 262550. A portable infra red conference induction loop is available for use in the conference rooms.
