The hotel has been licensed to host civil partnerships in our three function suites. In fact, we had the honour of hosting the first same sex Civil Partnership ceremony to be held in Medway outside a register office, in February 2006.

You don’t need a big guest list to have a big day, so whether there are 10 of you or 180, your ceremony will be simply beautiful; a day to remember for all time, from your grand entrance to the exchange of your rings.

After your ceremony, you can have your reception drinks served on the terrace and use the stunning scenery as a backdrop for your pictures. And, of course, we can host your reception too, whether it’s a low-key dinner or an all-out knees up.

Your ceremony planner will help you co-ordinate everything and will tailor every moment of your day so it’s just the way you’ve always imagined it would be, from the flowers, to the photos to cutting the cake and throwing the bouquet.
